Long ago, when the world was but a sapling of its glory, all earth was covered in Darkness. The Darkness was mysterious and almost physical, binding all that existed to itself.
It was when the Being came, he who created all that Is and Will Be, came that the Darkness hid from the light. The light caused water and life to surge, but alas we all know that an action causes an opposite and equal reaction. With the same measure of good that came out of the Being, the Darkness condensed and formed Deploro.
Deploro proved to have no physical aspect, changing at its simple whim. IT considered itself equal to the Being, and even though he wanted to be a part of the creation of the Overworld, he could not, for the Light hurt and weakened him.
It was so that Deploro grew bitter, seething and boiling in his own hate, driving himself into despair and madness. He heard those of the Overworld call him Demon, for what they did not understand, they thought was Evil.
At first Deploro hated this, but each time someone said it he grew less angry and more bitter, seeking revenge on those who called him that, albeit always he punished with an inexpressive face. Without him knowing, he had become what he had hated the most.
The Being saw this and went to him, hoping to calm him and seek a solution. Deploro's mind had by now been turned into an endless maze of paranoia and illogical thought, so the Being's intentions to him looked like an act of aggresion.
Rising above himself Deploro lashed out at the Being. The Being only then sensed how far his illness was and decided that he could not be changed. But this was inaccurate. The truth was that Deploro's could have been saved by the Being, but the Being judged too hastily, therefor closing Deploro's last hope.
The Being sent Deploro to a Universe he had not yet built, it was full of darkness and raw energy. Deploro suffered in this ambient, making him violent and rash. He would think for prolonged hours how he would kill those that had mocked him.
With all this raw energy around him he could make objects from his imagination, he made himself horrible things and weapons. He created twisted beings and deformed versions of those that inhabited the Overworld. He was replicating what he had wanted, but now his mind was corrupted by evil.
It was in one of these creations that he accidentally stumbled upon forgotten project of the Being's. He created a view stone to observe it and saw only a large floating island of wasteland. It was so that he thought of the worse creature imaginable to him (at that moment) and so the Ender Dragon was born.
He planned to Lure those of the Overworld to the Ender, as he named it, with promise of treasure and adventure. There he would take them and make them his own, twisting them into shadows of their former self.
And so it was.
