Guild-Problem

Ok, we all know by now what the Guilds are. But there was one requirement for the guilds tht I wanted to put special emphasis on: DIVERSITY
Now, something has caught my attention.
Viridi: 2
Caelum: 2
Ostrinus: 5

You see the problem? Because I do.
We need to get some variety, or else this thing would just be like a one-sided argument.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
P.S.
NO comments that sounds like "Of course people want to be with us... WE'RE the best!" --- This is really something that will help us all. Those with lots of people will be bored because of no enemies, and those with few people will get tired of doing nothing.

I dislike your P.S. I was about to say that.

But the fact is people rather be evil when the chance arises. There's just more action in it I'm afraid.

Try grabbing the newbies like I do. It's a good way to even it out.

Someone needs to leave ostrinus and join Caelum or Virdini. I am fine with assassins and murderers. I am in need of a bodyguard, so anyone who joins me will immediately become my advisor and head of state, to lead Virdini when I am absent.
