New Groups

To all those Concerned:
You may have noticed recent changes in Skype groups. – We no longer have a uniform, unanimous group.
With our high intake of new members, this inefficient format proved to be, well, inefficient.
Originally we had been planning these changes for a week or so, and due to PenitusVox’s long disappearance (attributed by some to Thanksgiving Feasts/ Vacation) we were unable to put this idea forth. But since his statement that he will no longer will be joining us on Skype, we decided to put the plan in action.
There are Four Groups:
-Alpha
-Beta
-Gamma
-Omega
These four groups are classified accordingly:
-Coders
-Texturers
-Random / Writers
-Captains (Look Below)
This format will enable tasks and communication to be a lot easier, more streamline, and helpful to our group.
Each group also has a “Captain”. The captain is a member of the group who is in the “Omega” group. He tells us what problems you have, the suggestions you want, and overall what you think. This way we can manage our time and effort to correct what is wrong, and to help our members.
The Captains are:
Team Alpha: Vaxivop
Team Beta: Penitus Vox
Team Gamma: Loreguy
Honorary Members: Varrgie
If you see one of these people as unfit, you can post a Topic on Random titled:
“Leadership Complaint – [Your Group]”
Then you explain why you see this person as unfit. And you nominate someone for leadership (Yes, it can be yourself). You have to explain WHY you are qualified for leadership.
The members of the group have to comment voting in, or against your favor.
If your nominee wins the election, he becomes the leader of your group and is put into Omega.
The same process follows for banning people from groups.

I am not complaining about Vaxi, it's just, he's not a coder. Are we going to talk coding stuff while he sits there and don't know what we say?
I tried to talk to him about that once, and he got so confused...

The problem is, we don't got anyone who is in Omega and a coder at the same time. And if we get a current coder to do it, we only have 3 people in there. I will try to follow up the best i can and if there is any problems we can always promote you or another coder to Omega

I might be better in Alpha.
