Broken Speech Syndrome & New Blood

Hello Guys!
I have something I want to discuss. Rather, two things.
First of all:
BSS, or Broken Speech Syndrome as our dear Varrgs has named it, is seriously inconvenient.
On chat, every time someone logs on, its very hard to talk to anyone because there is no one offline or everyone is AFK.
I want to solve this, but can't figure out a way of how.

Second:
New Blood. This ties into the BSS, there is not enough people tht know this mod.
We NEED new people, new "blood".
I want to attract people to the mod, but don't know how. I want your suggestions, and I want you guys to post where you can about us. Talk to Minecrafters about what we're doing and make them interested in any way!
